Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr competes as a model for IFBB Fitness Pro and is an athlete sponsored by the company. She began competing in fitness competitions when she was 16, after quitting her gymnastics training in the early years of her life. Her Pro Card was granted a year later, when she was 17, she was a professional athlete. Ariel Khadr competes as an IFBB Fitness Pro model, and is supported by Ariel Khadr. When she was 16, she began competing in fitness competitions after she quit gymnastics. Within a year she could earn her Professional Card aged 17. She became an IFBB Pro at the age of 17. She was also one of the oldest IFBB Pro ever. Ariel took six year off from the stage after earning her Pro Card to complete her studies at college. The year 2015 saw her continue her path from last year, competing in high profile contests as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. She competed for several years after her debut show setting higher expectations for herself each year. For 2009 alone, 4 more fitness titles have been added to her portfolio. Also, 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion made her one of the youngest Fitness Professionals from IFBB to ever be a part of history. Ariel spent 6 years trying to finish her education following her Pro Card award. In the month of October, 2015 she returned by presenting her IFBB Fitness Pro debut at 2015. Phoenix Europa Games. She finished in third place. She was the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer of 2016 and was able to qualify to compete in the Fitness Olympia. Three months later she took to the Olympia stage to take home the position of 6th in the Fitness Division. Ariel with absolutely no expectations going in and was thrilled by her result. It's not surprising that she placed so well, given the level of competition. Ariel constantly improving her body. Ariel's favorite body part to train is her back. Ariel's typical back exercise consists of single-arm pulldowns using lats, as well as pullups with the machine along with bent-over rows. Her usual routine is to warm up and then proceeds on to the work outs. Ariel uses her time efficiently. The way she achieves this is by supersetting the back exercises she does. Three or four supersets with 10--12 reps are completed.
